Welcome to the website of the Artesian Bakery Mas Palou, a small family firm that originated through the efforts of Marta and Ramon in the year 2002.
Situated in the beautiful landscape alongside the Pyrenees and surrounded by the mountains of Ripoll, el Ripollès, as its name indicates, we began being, and still are, one of the only bakeries in Catalonia with an artesian wood-fired oven.
At the beginning, the biggest part of the products we elaborated and sold were bread and pastries, but later on we specialized ourselves in the artesian elaboration of CARQUINYOLIS. Nowadays, partially thanks to our hard work, our CARQUINYOLIS are acknowledged in all parts of our country and exported to other countries, such as: Germany, Italy, France, Japan and England.
