It has an artesian wood oven made with bricks from "El Bruc", like the ones that were used in the Catalan farm houses many years ago.
Our products are made in the old fashioned way and in the most traditional manner. Come to try and to buy our specialties: different types of bread, flat cakes, ....you'll enjoy bygone flavors.
